Please make a durable and safe display to show off your project. It should have a backboard that stands up by itself!!!
All projects require a display that have the following parts:
Experiments, Models, Demonstrations
- testable question
- prediction (a guess about your results, also called "hypothesis")
- list of materials
- method--what you did to test for your answer, how you gathered and measured your results.
- results, measurements, including charts, graphs and diagrams
- a summary of your hypothesis and conclusion based on the results you got.
- a list of the references you used.
- a list of the adult help you received.

Collections
- testable question
- general information about objects collected
- information about how the collection was arranged
- labels for each item in the collection
- how and where the collection was gathered
- a summary about what you learned about the items in your collection
- a list of the references you used

Scientific Report
- a question or questions that tell what you want to know
- an introductory paragraph introducing your topic
- information you collected written in organized paragraph form
- a concluding or summary paragraph giving conclusions about your findings.
- pictures, charts, non-working models, photographs and drawings to make the report interesting. You may also have a backboard display.
- a bibliography listing at least three different sources used.
- written in very legible handwriting, typed or word processed, with correct spelling and grammar.
- a list of the adult help you received.

Inventions
- a catchy name for the invented product
- a problem that you attempted to solve
- an inventor's notebook detailing the investigations you conducted in manufacturing your product, notes, drawings, collected measurements , sketches, modifications, etc.
- a complete list of all the materials used
- a technical diagram of how the product is built, including measurements
- a written description of exactly how you built the product.
- an advertising campaign complete with jingle, packaging, price, and a sales pitch you would use in marketing your product
- a list of the adult help you received.
